Scheduling Policies:
Ensure your spray tan comes out beautiful: Follow these steps for an optimal and lasting Luxe Glo tan.
Avoid Products: Deodorant, oils, perfumes, moisturizers, and makeup on the day of your spray tanning appointment.
Exfoliate: Ensure thorough exfoliation before your appointment.
Nails & Pedicures: Complete at least 24 hours BEFORE your session.
Shaving or Waxing: Shave 8 hours OR Waxing 24 hours prior to your appointment.
Sun Exposure: No sunbathing or tanning beds 2-3 days before.
Client Policy:
Luxe Glo Spray Tanning is a female-only studio. At this time, we provide spray tanning services exclusively to women. We appreciate your understanding and respect for this policy.
Cancellation & No-Show Policy
We kindly ask for at least 24 hours' notice for all appointment cancellations.
No-Shows: Clients who do not show up for their appointment will be charged the full amount of the spray tan service. No refunds will be issued.
Late Cancellations (<24 hours): Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged in full. The service amount will be kept as a credit on your account and can be applied toward a future appointment within 1 month from the cancelation.
Minors, High School & College Students: For cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance or in the event of a no-show, the full payment will be retained.
Late Cancellations: After three (3) late cancellations, future bookings may be declined. This system ensures fairness and service efficiency. While we empathize with unforeseen circumstances, this policy aids in schedule management and consideration for others.
